We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in new, re-sellable condition. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Custom or special-order fixtures (non-standard wattage, color temperature, or configuration) are final sale and not eligible for return.

To start a return, contact us at 866-202-7861 or info@texasledlightingco.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back. Items returned without an approved RMA will not be accepted.

Return shipping is prepaid by the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Do not refuse the package — keep all original packaging and contact us immediately. We will file the carrier claim on your behalf and arrange a refund or replacement.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Special order, discontinued, and non-stock items are final sale. Please contact us before ordering if you're unsure whether an item qualifies.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
